POLICE have charged an 18-year-old man from Tweedbank with culpable and reckless conduct after a 15-year-old youth was taken unconscious to the Borders General Hospital.
He’s suspected of supplying alcohol to three youths – all aged 15. A report naming the man is being submitted to the procurator fiscal.
